Zach Sherman is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance Services Group. 

Zach represents insurers in coverage disputes arising from general liability, directors and officers, and professional liability policies.  Zach represents insurers in both litigation as well as providing coverage opinions.  Prior to joining Coughlin Midlige & Garland, Zach was an Associate at a New York City law firm where he litigated long-tail asbestos coverage cases.  

Zach received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of law in 2019, where he was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Zach’s dedication to volunteering in various public interest organizations earned him The Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Zach graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration after double majoring in Corporate Finance and Economics.
