Technology Center at Princeton Land Acquisition

Our Real Estate Group recently concluded the acquisition of all undeveloped land at the Technology Center at Princeton, in a $7.5 Million open space preservation transaction.
The land, totaling approximately 225 acres, will be devoted to public park use and will provide a critical link in the Lawrence-Hopewell Trail. The acquisition is the result of unusually complex negotiations with the prior owner of the site and required the resolution of pending litigation involving the property, ongoing environmental remediation concerns, and the coordination of nearly a dozen funding agencies.
